I am a tall girl, 5'11 and have always been slender. After having my son, I wanted to lose 10-12 lbs even with 5 days a week workouts. I was  almost 220lbs.  I had tried everything to lose weight and I mean everything to the point that I was thinking about surgery. I believe I look and feel better now.  I will never go back to being fat...The picture of me and my daughter is 89lbs gone.
